Abstract & Poster Submission

Online abstract submission is now Closed.  

 If you would still like to be considered for a poster presentation, please submit your abstract directly to abrf@courtesyassoc.com.  Every effort will be made to review the abstract; however, we cannot gaurantee that an accepted late abstract submissions will be published in the meeting program.  No abstracts will be accepted after December 15, 2008.  Please note that you may now submit more than one abstract as primary author.

All ABRF 2009 attendees are invited to submit abstracts on their latest research and technical developments.  All abstract submissions will be considered for poster sessions.  Submissions will also be considered for scientific sessions and technical workshops.

The meeting will include both Scientific Research Poster Sessions and a Core Facility Poster Session: 

Scientific Research Poster Sessions will focus on the latest scientific research results enabled by advanced life sciences technologies, methods and software tools that facilitate applications, and the latest technology developments in the biotechnology field. 

A Core Facility Poster Session will be an opportunity for core facility directors to present the activities and services of their cores.  Poster presentations in pdf format for all poster sessions will be made available after the meeting on a website restricted to meeting participants.

Abstracts usually may be submitted only after registering for the ABRF 2009 meeting.  Abstracts may be submitted at the same time as registration or at any time after registration, until the abstract submission deadline.  Upon completion of online registration for ABRF 2009, you will receive a "Confirmation Registration Order Number".  The order number will be required to submit an abstract.  Abstract submission before registration will be considered upon request (please send requests to Chezka Solon at abrf@courtesyassoc.com).

In addition to abstracts, all participants are encouraged to submit their full poster presentation in pdf format.  Poster pdf files may be submitted only after submitting an abstract for the poster.  Submission of the poster pdf files can be done at the same time as abstract submission or at any time after abstract submission, until the poster submission deadline. 

The deadline for poster pdf file submission is Jan. 26, 2009.
