Closing Social (1 available) $50,000 (sold)

The closing social is highly anticipated by all of the meeting delegates and is a wonderful send-off at the end of the annual meeting. Help celebrate a successful meeting with all of the ABRF members and vendors!

Opening Reception (4 available) $7,500 (or one title sponsorship for $30,000)

This popular opening reception with supper buffet for all meeting attendees is an outstanding networking opportunity that will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009.

Plenary Sessions (3 available) $10, 000

The plenary sessions take place each morning of the conference and will focus one of three topics - genomics, proteomics and evolutionary biology.  The sponsor will receive acknowledgement in a printed materials referring to the session, on all signage displayed in the registration area and on the opening and closing slides of the plenary session sponsored.  Verbal recognition will be made at both the beginning and end to give thanks to the sponsors' generosity.  Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations also accompany this sponsorship. 

Scientific Sessions (15 available, s10 sold) $5, 000

The scientific sessions take place each day of the conference and span a wide variety of topics. The sponsor will receive acknowledgement in printed materials pertaining to the session, on all signage displayed in the registration area and on the opening and closing slides of the plenary session sponsored.  Verbal recognition will be made at both the beginning and end to give thanks to the sponsors' generosity.  One (1) complimentary full conference registration also accompanies this sponsorship. 

Morning coffee break and afternoon breaks – Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (6 available) $5,000

Sponsoring a break in the Exhibit Hall is a sure way to draw traffic to your booth. Sponsors may distribute collectible coffee mugs with your company logo at all break stations.  Mugs are very popular with the meeting attendees! The sponsor is responsible for handling the purchase, production and delivery of mugs.

Munch ‘n Mingle Lunch Stations – Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (2 available, Monday sold) $5,000

Complimentary lunch will be served in the exhibit hall and this will be the only location at the meeting for food during lunch!  The sponsor may provide tablecloths, napkins, and cups with company logos.  Sponsors will be permitted to distribute literature and have company representatives available to speak with attendees at food stations and in the back of the hall.

Exhibit Hall and Local Area Pop-out Maps (1 available) $7, 500

The exhibit hall and local area pop-out map will be provided to all attendees when they check-in at the registration desk to easily guide them through the exhibit hall and in the local Memphis area after hours.  The sponsor's company logo and booth # will be printed on the front cover with the conference title.  The sponsorsing organization may utilitze the entire back cover for a personalized message to attendees of their own.  The inside map will include the exhibit hall and booth listing.  The outside map will show the Memphis area with respect to the Memphis Cook Convention Center, the conference hotels and surrounding area - sure to be utilized multiple times during the conference.

Registration Briefcases (1 available) $6,500 (sold)

The most popular of all meeting sponsorships are the official registration briefcases. Each meeting registrant receives a bag containing all the necessary conference materials. The sponsor’s name, logo, product, and the ABRF logo and meeting information will be imprinted on the bags providing corporate and brand recognition during the meeting and throughout the year.

Water Bottles (1 available) $5,000 (sold)

Show your care and committment to the environment by sponsorsing the conference water bottles.  New for 2009 - water stations will be provided throughout the Memphis Cook Convention Center for attendees to quench their thirst while drinking from their reuseable water bottle made from recycled materials.  The sponsor's logo and conference logo will be printed on the water bottle and provided to all of the attendees at the registration desk upon check-in. 

Cyber Café (1 available) $5,000 (sold)

Internet connectivity will be provided for meeting delegates.  The sponsor’s name will be included on a hanging sign and on screen savers.  The sponsor, at their expense, can provide branded mouse pads.

Pens and/or Pencils (1 available) $1,000 (sold)

These items will be included in the registration briefcases.  The sponsor handles the purchase, production and delivery of these items.

Notepads (1 available) $1,000 (sold)

The notepads are given to each attendee when they register.  The sponsor name, logo and product can be imprinted on the notepads, providing corporate and brand recognition during the meeting and throughout the year.  The sponsor handles the purchase, production and delivery.
